GENERAL TERMS OF SALE & RETURNS

INSPECTION OF PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT. You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Sheila's Sheer Elegance at once.  Email: Sales@WacoalBras.com. Sheila's Sheer Elegance will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. SHEILA'S SHEER ELEGANCE offers a limited money back guarantee that items will be free of defects.  Any such items must be returned within fourteen (14) days and in original condition with tags attached. Sales on opened or used products are final. 

TO RECEIVE A REFUND UNDER THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, YOU MUST NOTIFY SHEILA'S SHEER ELEGANCE OF YOUR DESIRE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT. YOU MUST ALSO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS PACKAGED TO SHEILA'S SHEER ELEGANCE'S DESIGNATED ADDRESS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION ("RMA") EMAIL.

SHEILA'S SHEER ELEGANCE LINGERIE will issue a refund OR full store credit for exchanges at the original purchase price of the returned item(s). This store credit can be used online for another purchase at Wacoalbras.com. SHIPPING ON REPLACEMENT ITEMS WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

The returned Product(s) must be in the same condition as you received them.

If you are expecting a refund, please allow a reasonable period of time for the Product and/or Accessories to arrive at Sheila's Sheer Elegance. Sheila's Sheer Elegance will inspect the Product(s) and, after they are accepted, process your refund within seven (7) business days. Sheila's Sheer Elegance will notify you if your Product(s) are not accepted.

THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS NOT A WARRANTY. SHEILA'S SHEER ELEGANCE MAY CHANGE OR CANCEL IT AT ANY TIME BEFORE ACCEPTING YOUR ORDER.
